Coastguards offer very little

COASTGUARDS searching for a lone yachtsman have admitted that it is "a needle in a haystack job" despite finding his yacht anchored off a Highland beauty spot. Eight rescue teams and a coastguard helicopter are covering hundreds of square miles in the hunt for experienced sailor Neil MacKenzie, 59, who disappeared on Wednesday. He had sailed the yacht for 30 years. His single-mast yacht Solitare was found anchored near Arisaig yesterday.
